MAKE USE OF YOUR TALENT
A lady took up painting at the age of 85. She did want to dabble with oil painting in her younger days. Friends and family discouraged her, “oil paints are very expensive you can’t afford to have such an expensive hobby and you can never make a living off it.”
She never thought of it again. She worked as a secretary all her life supplementing family’s income. At the age of 85 she finally bought the oil paints and picked up the brush to paint. In one year, she made more money from selling her paintings than what she had earned in her entire working life.
I believe that everyone is born with talent. Do not hide your talent, they were made for use.
A really great talent finds its happiness in expression.
The most exciting place to discover talent is in your-self. Great things are accomplished by talented people who believe they will accomplish them.
If you can’t excel with talent, triumph with effort. By using your talent appropriately, you can earn as much money as you care to.

Motivation for Success- Creativity & Changes

BE CREATIVE
John Smith Pemberton, the inventor of Coca-Cola was wounded in the battle of Columbus, Georgia and like many wounded veterans; he became addicted to morphine (drug). Searching for a cure for his addiction he began experimenting with Coca and Coca wine. Eventually he created Pemberton’s French wine Coca. After many trials and errors, he later produced a non-alcoholic alternative to his French wine Coca.
He came up with the name Coca-Cola.
Creativity can solve almost any problem. The creative act overcomes everything. Creating is the true essence of life.
No great thing is created suddenly; imagination is the beginning of creation. You imagine what you desire, you will what you imagine and at last you create what you will.
Creativity is seeing something that does not exist already and bringing it forth.
A lot of people are living in the reality of Pemberton’s dream and are benefiting from it. Millions of people could live in the reality of your dream also. Just go on and be creative.

 YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BIRTH CHANGES
Edwards Deming brought about revolution in the automobile industry in Japan. Japan was experiencing low sales in their automobile in all parts of the world, far back 1947.
Deming, an American came to Japan and taught them the Shewart’s techniques: improving quality will reduce expenses while increasing productivity and market share.
They applied his techniques widely and experienced therefore unheard of levels of quality and productivity which created international demand for Japanese products.
Challenge is a natural part of life. Just as we develop our physical muscles through weight lifting, we also develop our character muscles by overcoming challenges and adversity.
There is no challenge more challenging than the challenge to improve oneself.
Life challenges are not supposed to paralyze you, they are supposed to help you discover who you are.
Most times, we find deeper powers within ourselves when life seems most challenging
